Telehealth
Dr. Meints is amazing! As someone living with chronic health conditions for the past 20 years, I have had many experiences with the medical community the great, good, bad, ugly, horrible, traumatic, and abusive, resulting in Complex PTSD. Dr. Meints makes me feel safe, heard, understood, cared for, and supported. She has helped me learn to live a more fulfilling life with Chronic Pain, to advocate for myself and has advocated for me with her colleagues. She is compassionate, taking the time to get to know and understand me and the realities of living with pain. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field, but still appreciates my knowledge as an informed patient. I not only feel, but truly KNOW she genuinely cares about me, not only as a patient, but as a person. She takes time to read my medical records, articles I send, and speeches I make as a patient advocate. She is not only a wonderful doctor, but an incredible person. My medical care and life are better because of her care.
