Samantha Stratton, PA-C

This was the most frustrating visit I have ever had with any doctor. My finger was diagnosed with psoriasis I was told if the cream did not work, we would go to the next option. When she came in, she immediately said there is no other option and had to live with it. It was as if I was bothering her being there. I asked about an injection. She was belittling and condescending about my question and asked what would I like her to inject it with. I have googled possible treatment and it shows an injection with steroids may work. How does she not know this? She did ask me if I wanted a second opinion in the practice. Why would I spend money on another doctor when this PA should consult with the doctor? I spent 45.00 and not to mention what she will be charging the insurance for an appointment that told me nothing. This is definitely insurance fraud. It was so unethical. I am not sure how the practice allows this. It is truly astonishing. The whole appointment was patronizing.

Terrible bed side manner. No handshake or smile upon entry. Not open to listening to new ideas or further investigation for expansion of her own knowledge. When I heard some sad news, I cried, she walked out and the tech was trying to rush me out of the room.

When I first arrived no one spoke to me in the waiting room for 15 minutes. When I finally got called back, the pcp had given me copies of my xrays, so I tried to give them to the nurse and Dr. Stratton to look at before she decided on a treatment plan to which she responded “I don’t look at xrays”, and wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. She treated my wound as a wart and made it worse. She wasn’t even in the room with me for 5 minutes. I had other questions she wouldn’t even listen.

When I saw Samantha Stratton she seemed very rushed and did not explain the procedure to me beforehand. She was not friendly at all and she made me feel like I was just another number.

Ms. Stratton was very professional and I have already recommended her to some of my friends.

I visited Samantha instead of my usual doctor because I could get in sooner than way. I will now go to her all the time! She was extremely thorough which I really appreciate when it comes to skin checks. She took her time, was very gentle, and answered any questions and concerns I had in a way that made me feel heard and not rushed one bit. I feel like dermatologist appointments tend to feel super rushed, but not with her!

Pleasant, professional and great interaction. I wish more providers were this professional.

She is always so pleasant and caring. I always feel special. She has done a couple of procedures and always makes sure that I am comfortable before getting started. I highly recommend her.

Very pleasant... Staff and Dr. were very nice. Procedure was quick and painless.
