I've seen Sandra Skiff for 2 separate injuries, broken leg from soccer and chronic tendinosis of Achilles.. She did an amazing job getting me back to the sports I love. She doesn't hold you back, she works with you to find alternative cross training exercises you can do during the rehab process. Thanks to her guidance, When I was able to run again I was fit and discovered I hadn't lost a beat.
