This provider was knowledgeable and showed concerned about the problem that I was being seen for. She was aware of what steps we would need to take next to find out what was causing my problem and ordered tests to investigate more. I left feeling that someone cared and would help me.

Shanelle really listened to my symptoms and really examined my knee by having me stand, walk and lay down. I appreciate her honesty in listening to my concerns and provide a plan of care (x-rays, referal to orthopedist, and guidelines for resuming exercise and PT.) Very friendly and I didn't feel like my appt was rushed.
