I have worked with Shenelle for over a year now and she has helped me so much! I look forward to getting to talk to her and get her insight. I have gone through a rough time in my life and she has helped me feel stronger, learn about myself, and helped me realize some things about me I wasn't aware of. I would recommend her to anyone! Shenelle is the best therapist that I’ve ever had! She was very supportive and compassionate, but still held me accountable for my actions. I was having a turbulent time in NYC and Shenelle kept me afloat through each crashing wave. I loved our conversations and I felt like I could tell her anything. I’ve grown so much emotionally since my time with her. The emotional wheel she introduced to me helped me discover how I truly felt about my day to day interactions and experiences. It helped me unpack how I felt instead of sweeping it under the rug. With Shenelle, I felt seen, heard, and understood. Although our time together was short, it was the best time of my life.
