I needed a 'plan' for success!
I was referred to Stacey by my PCP. I am in my mid-60's and was ordered to lose 25lbs and reduce my LDL from 100 to 70. My 90-minute first appointment with Stacey seemed like 10-minutes. She is so knowledgeable. I wanted to live my best life, and so I had to change the way I was eating. She accepts most all insurances.
