On multiple occasions, my appointment was scheduled incorrectly, causing unnecessary inconvenience.Examination: During my visit for a contact lens exam, I was surprisingly tested for glasses while still wearing my contacts, which seemed out of place for the specific purpose of my visit.Glaucoma Test: The clinic required me to undergo a glaucoma test before my vision test. While I understand the importance of such tests, I was not informed beforehand that my eyes would need to be dilated. This unexpected procedure affected my vision for the rest of the day, resulting in the loss of a day's work.Wait Time: Despite the aforementioned scheduling errors, when I finally had an appointment, I wasn't informed that I would be seen at the end of the day. Dr. Cortes is one of the best optometrists I have ever encountered. She’s amazingly knowledgeable and talented. She was quickly able to determine my correct prescription and explain my eye health to me. She explained that contrary to several doctors before her, that my cateracts were at a very early stage. I give her my highest recommendation. A true professional.
