Receptionist is extremely rude
Receptionist is horrible and rude. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a patient in my entire life. When I walked in, she wasn’t friendly and didn’t even greet me. I handed her my insurance and she immediately said she’s never seen it before. Then she proceeded to huff and puff behind the desk, visibly frustrated by something, and insisted that the provider doesn’t take my insurance. I know for a fact that this chiropractor is included in my United insurance network because I found the provider directly through the insurance website. When I told her that I didn’t appreciate her attitude, she told me she didn’t have to put up with this and kicked me out. People like this shouldn’t be the face of your business. You just lost what could have been a loyal customer. Clearly the front office lady was having a bad day but it’s totally unprofessional to take that out on patients. I’ll never be back. They should seriously consider hiring someone else.

Office building has two businesses; one on each side with a common hallway connecting the two. Upon entering his treatment room, I noticed the hallway door was open and a sketchy man in the other office down hall was sitting in his OPEN doorway LISTENING & WATCHING MY TREATMENT! I said I was uncomfortable and asked the door be shut; Klayman's excuse: work being done in the hallway attic; wouldn't shut the door or tell man to close his; even the worker could see. Klayman rattled off my health issues; history out loud, violating my HIPPA rights. Again I said I wanted door shut and concern about my rights. He refused, became dismissive, belittled my concern and ordered me to lay down on the treatment table which had feet facing the doorway; I was in a long skirt. The worse part; he KNEW I had C-PTSD from abuse. I was in pain, vulnerable and wanted to trust him. I left feeling violated, exposed and unsafe with him. Never went back. It has taken me three years to be able to write this.

My experience with Dr. Klayman has been truly life changing !!!! He gave me my life back!!!! I was allergic to almost everything indoors, outdoors, & almost all foods. Medical doctors said they couldn't help me & offered no help or hope. This was the lowest, most isolated part of my life which lasted about 2 years. As a wife & mother of 3 children at the time I still needed to function on a daily basis & struggled every day, until I walked into Dr. Klayman's office. After 2 visits I was cured!
