Dr. Terlep has been my audiologist for about 10 years. She is very friendly, excellent at adjusting hearing aids, and at describing the pros and cons of different makes and models of hearing aids if I need new ones. She and the doctoral student interns she works with are first rate at helping me synchronize my hearing aids with smart phones, TV sets, and other devices.

I went to 2 other audiologists before I found and settled on Tricia Terlep as my audiologist. She excels in every way. She has the intellectual rigor of an academic scientist. She can explain issues and cost/benefit tradeoffs very clearly. She spends considerable time ensuring your hearing aid (or other equipment) is best customized for you. She makes decisions based on what is best for her client, not on her revenue. You cannot do any better than Tricia Terlep as your audiologist.
