NIce but not attentive to paitent
She is very nice... But she doesn't listen. She will talk over you, take personal phone calls during appointments, get distracted and fill prescriptions incorrectly. I have had issues with this on more than 3 visits. I feel bad saying something negative, but I want to feel like the person who is helping my medical issues is paying attention and putting me first, even if they are very nice. It is just hard to find a doctor or change to a different provider.

Extremely condescending. She feigns care and then makes you feel like none of your concerns matter. I would not recommend her to anyone who wants to be heard.

Vilate is very attentive and considers several options when attending to my health care needs. She is easily accessible and has often gotten back to me through text messages and calls to check up on how I am doing. She's compassionate and has a vested interest in my health. She's very personable and friendly. Someone you feel comfortable putting your health care needs in front of.

Vilate Thur
I have been going to Vilate Thur for 6 years now. She is thorough and caring. She has been my family’s primary caregiver and we wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is the best at attending to all our needs. She is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor.

I went to this doctor to get a check up and requested blood work to see where my body and hormones were at. When I first discussed my past with concussions she mocked me and spoke to me in a condescending manner as if they didn’t matter. She seemed to have no care for me as a patient but rather I was doing her a disservice by asking for tests to see how my body is acting and why it is. Questions were curt and never built any rapport with me. Would not recommended seeing her ever.

Vilate Is really good at getting to know me as a patient and addressing all my needs. She Is Very smart. I can go into see her with the strangest things and she always has the answer. She is my favorite Healthcare Profesional.
