Dr. Wendy McCray, PHD

Horrible experience with this psychologist. The whole time I felt anxious and nervous suffering from anxiety yet she wrote me off like I was nothing. She had a lot of nerve to say I kept Looking at the clock because she kept giving me all these assessments to do when I thought it would be more about getting to know me. She wrote me off like there was nothing wrong with me. When I was having anxious avoidant tendencies during the whole assessment she didn’t make me Feel comfortable at all.

Walked for a scheduled appt, No one was available to tell me paper work needed to be done. Saw a sign that says forms needs to be completed if seeing this provider. She came out 5 minutes late, very rude approach, seemed irritated and forced into working , spoke to you like you were dirt and when we got started with the first two questions on the from she was skipping important details when I tried to tell her important details she kept interrupting me and won’t let me finish. When I tried to get her to back up she made sure she let me know that she is getting frustrated with her behavior and communication with me . Told her I think it would be good for me to fill out the answers since this is being rushed and important info isn’t being noted. She said she doesn’t have time for that and need to reschedule. I am glad she rescheduled I didn’t feel comfortable and she’s definitely not trust worthy. I Requested an appt with a different provider. I would urge anyone to see someone else.

I thought Dr. McCray was professional and empathetic during a very trying time for me and my family. She showed a high level of patience and expertise while diagnosing my daughter's condition. I feel very comfortable referring her to others.

The elevation is worthless. The evaluation will not determine anything useful in getting a diagnosis.

Didn't do a full evaluation which ended up costing me my SSI. She was also 15 minutes late to an 8 am appointment.
