I was to have an in office appointment for a possible sinus infection. Of course before I could be seen, they did a Covid and Flu test first while I waited in my car. Thirty minutes later, Wendy comes back out and tells me I'm negative for those (which I already knew) and she said it must be bacterial. She never looked in my throat , my ears, listened to my chest or heart. She said she would call in an antibiotic. Two hours later it was finally called in. I was there for a cold or sinus infection to which I would think she would have looked in my ears, throat , etc. Terrible experience every single time! There office people are lazy and rude as well.

Very rude and unhelpful.

I feel heard with Wendy and educated about the decisions made regarding my health
