Horrible experience
Unorganized, not helpful, no exams, no advice, no knowledge of anything, complete waste of my time. Never had a more worst experience with a provider ever.

The worst medical facility I have ever experienced
My first and only appointment with Ms Hall was for an annual exam. She did absolutely nothing during the exam. Did not listen to my breathing/lungs or heart. I had to ask for the basic blood test. She did not order a mammogram, colon or bone density test. I complained of my ear plugging and she did not even look at it. I had injured my arm and found out later that she made no notes of it and wanted me to come back in merely to order an x-ray for it. It would be impossible to see what was wrong with a probable Deltoid muscle tear without an x-ray or MRI so why she refused to order one, I do not know. I guess just to get money for another useless visit. I told Whitney that I was depressed after losing my grown daughter w/young children to cancer. She immediately turned the conversation to all about her own problems without addressing any possibilities that might help me to better cope. Even the offices did not feel that crispy clean like one would expect from a good medical facility

EXTREMELY unorganized
Extremely disorganized and unable to handle her current patient load. I was diagnosed with a blood condition that I do NOT have. Nurses tried to convince me multiple times that I had told the NP something which I did not. Come to find out she confused me with another patient - told me another persons medical history and scared me half to death. Horrible bedside manner when “apologizing” and made me feel as though I was overreacting… very very disappointed with Whitney Hall and the whole office.

I have been seeing Whitney Hall for over 4yrs now. She is very caring takes all the time needed to answer questions and offers all the information for you to make the correct choices. I have recommended a number of my friend to see her and they have all said the same things.

Easily one of the worst experiences I've had with a health care provider. The lack of communication with Whitney and her team were abhorrent. I did not feel that she was able to take care of my health needs, or provide any insight into the issues I was having. In addition, I was told conflicting information in terms of services and lab work we agreed upon. While she is friendly, it does not make up for the vast shortcomings of her and her team. When I spoke to supervisors about issues I was having with the provider and services, I was faced with blatant rudeness, unprofessionalism and hostility...and my conflicting answers. I will never step foot in this hospital again. Whitney gets 1 star because the girls at the front desk are incredible and professional--something I wish they could impart to their supervisors.

Disappointed doesn't cover it – Oct 26, 2021

The worst experience that I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider. I had a yearly wellness exam and she only did around 60-70% of the things other providers have done on my past wellness exams. She also didn’t inform me all things that were listed as high or borderline on my blood test results the only way I found out 2 of them was asking for a copy for myself and going over them. Very poor communication with me on other issues also. From my experience with this provider I would not recommend someone choosing them for your healthcare needs.

We're new patients to Witney Hall and NW Specialty Hospital. We found both Mrs. Hall and supporting staff to be professional, courteous and accommodating. We will be continuing on with this office in the foreseeable future. Would recommend to family and friends
