The doctor was fine but her staff needs to learn how to better treat their patience. I had been waiting in line for 40 minutes for a prescription written off by Zaleh Parham only to find out it was expired, and instead of trying to help me get down to the bottom of how to get my prescription right away the staff member hangs up on me "because I was being rude". I'm sorry but wanting to speak to the doctor as soon as she available isn't being rude. It's being concerned.
