Dr. Lobo helped found the Journal of the Society for Gynecologic Investigation and has served as Editor-in-Chief since its inception. He is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.Born in Hong Kong, Dr. Chung completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1994 and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at University of South Florida in 1996. He joined CRM immediately after fellowship training. Fluent in Chinese, he treats many Asian-American couples and those who travel from Asia for infertility treatment or surgery. Biography: Zev Williams, MD, PhD is the Wendy D. Havens Associate Professor of Women's Health and the Chief of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. He completed his MD and PhD training in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine before continuing to the Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital for his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After completing his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Weill-Cornell, Dr. Williams then did a post-doctoral fellowship on RNA biology in the laboratory of Dr. Thomas Tuschl at Rockefeller University. As a physician scientist, Dr. Williams' focus has been on helping those suffering from recurrent pregnancy loss and infertility and developing novel technologies and treatments to improve patient success.

Biography: As the Medical and Laboratory Director at Columbia University Fertility Center, Eric Forman, MD, HCLD, oversees the medical practice as well as the IVF embryology and andrology laboratories. He also actively sees patients with infertility and those seeking to preserve their fertility. Dr. Forman has extensive clinical and laboratory research experience. He has published more than 50 articles in peer-reviewed journals on a wide range of topics in assisted reproductive technology (ART) and serves as an Associate Editor at Fertility and Sterility. He has a special interest in using preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) to optimize IVF and improve selection for elective single embryo transfer (eSET). A randomized controlled trial he led demonstrated, for the first time, that transferring a single chromosomally-normal embryo can achieve the same live birth rates as transferring two untested embryos. After publication of this paper, eSET rates skyrocketed and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine references Dr. Forman's study in its guideline on the number of embryos to transfer in IVF. He also has an interest in fertility preservation, and a study he led proved that egg freezing using the rapid vitrification technology does not increase the risk of genetic abnormalities in the resulting embryos. This study was cited as a "watershed in ART" by one of the world's leading experts on cryopreservation. Dr. Forman specializes in providing individualized patient care to solve each unique couple's challenge. Biography: Paula Brady, MD earned her medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, and went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital, where she was elected to lead the residency's educational activities in her chief year. She then completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women's Hospital. Dr. Brady has published extensively on assisted reproduction and early pregnancy, and has presented her findings at national and international conferences. While still a fellow, she authored a textbook, "Handbook of Consult and Inpatient Gynecology" (Springer, 2016). Prior to medical training, she earned a B.A. in English from Yale University and a Master of Fine Arts in poetry from Boston University, and she has developed successful grant-funded programs in the arts and humanities for medical trainees. Dr. Brady is deeply committed to personalized fertility assessment and treatment for her patients, and has special interest in fertility preservation, ovarian reserve testing, diminished ovarian reserve, ovulatory disorders, and IVF.
