I will stand by my first review regarding the friendly staff. However, after receiving my bill it has changed because how it may have been submitted to billing. Before scheduling an appointment, I spoke to front desk representative who no longer works there and she quoted me $50 for ONE, ONE skin tag removal. She failed to mention there would also be an initial office visit cost as well. I knew my insurance wouldn't cover it, so I wanted to know what I would be paying out of pocket. After many calls to the office manager (3 months) and the support of a staff member who emailed management twice, I've received no response to my billing inquiry. My adjusted bill from $328 for removal of up to FIFTEEN skin tag lesions down to...who knows, it doesn't show the breakdown plus office visit $318 down to the final amount owed $222.72, for ONE skin tag removal!
