First, front desk does not even acknowledge you when you are standing right in front of them, second check out pretty much them same, needed a follow up appointment within 3 weeks was told to schedule online, why are you even sitting there then? Oh yes to take my money. Third had to remove sutures myself because the online patient portal won't let me schedule and no one answers the phone there, serious. Four, they call and call to get outside test done but yet does nothing about the fact I HAD TO REMOVE SUTURES MYSELF, not closing out year end files for you. They really could care less about you or what your issues are, I think they are more interested in cosmetic than Oh stuff like skin cancer and any other issues that I am told a dermatologist was suppose to take care of. I could go on and on but I only have so much room.
