They ignore appointment times ALWAYS late
The doctor and treatment plan are satisfactory. The issue is they completely disregard appointment time and overbook. Appointment at 4:30 and called back at 5:40. If it were one time issue, no problem but this is consistent. This demonstrates a complete disregard for people who need to pick up kids at sitter or go to work. If there was another option with insurance, I'd switch. Additional observations: one of the nurses just told an elderly person with obvious mobility issues to come 'quickly' while the office is running over an hour behind schedule.
