CEENTA SouthPark

This was my second trip to this office. I was called back 30 mins after my scheduled appointment. Once back there, the assistant did a brief eye test with the letter chart. Dr Elfersey came in about 10 minutes later, examined my dialated eyes with a light and then told me he understood I couldn't see but didnt see anything significant and just didn't know. Set me up to see another Dr within the office and left. I paid $250 for absolutely NOTHING. No bedside manner, not very informational, in and out in 10 mins or less. Wouldnt recommend.

'The doctor and medical staff were good. It's the billing department and customer service that's awful. I would never recommend going to Concord. I've been trying for 6 months to get back money they owe me. Some procedures I was charged in advance prior to being submitted to both my insurance companies. It's always a hassle and frustrating trying to get money back. I finally, last week got a partial amount back. It's not the amount of money either. It's that they don't seem to know how to read an EOB and they certainly don't care. I kept getting excuse after excuse why they would not refund my money. I suspect I'll get it eventually.' I will say, that CEENTA Concord gives the impression that money is their first priority.
