I saw NP Cynthia back in Nov for annual exams & perimenopause symptoms. She was dismissive, rude, and treated me like I was stupid. I explained what was going on and asked for help with my symptoms. First, she refused to do any blood work since she said it’s useless. I explained I wanted a baseline. I also explained my irritability and mood swings, to which she replied dismissively “oh just go on an SSRI”. She completely ignored my request for help with my symptoms. I was finally able to convince her to write blood work orders where she gave me the worst look that said “you’re an idiot but fine.” But I never received them. So, in summary, the WORST experience ever!! NP Cynthia Stone completely dismissed my concerns, put up multiple barriers to get the care I needed, and treated me like I was overeacting when I was asking for her help. Save yourself time and avoid this place at all costs.
