Worst experience
Given this practice multiple opportunities to follow through with their word before publicizing how unprofessional they operate - office staff do not keep proper records, billing department is a joke, expect rude and condescending customer service and appointment wait time are atrocious. The Doctors are even worse specifically Dr. Zata who incredible scary she is aloud to practice will not be giving this business anymore money. Find somewhere else.Not professional, nor empathetic. Will not be coming back.

Horrendous expierience
Very unprofessional and no bedside manner. She literally talked over me when I was asking a question. When I was delivering, she literally walked up to me, mid contraction, and told me to "calm down." Its called a contraction for a reason! It hurts! Very rude and thinks shes above everyone else- especially her patients. Run.

Dr Zaita is one of the most professional, intelligent and compassionate doctors I know. I’m so blessed that she’s been my doctor since my first child was born over 14 years ago. She doesn’t waste time and gets to the point, yet you don’t feel like you’re rushed. I’ve recommended my family and friends to her and dr Hodges practice due to their excellence care, and down to earth demeanor. I’m so thankful they are my doctors hands down! Worth the drive!!

Dr Zaita is one of the most thorough and caring physicians I have ever had take care of me. My child's and mine well being were her top priority. Had a awesome experience and would recommend and do recommend her to everyone.

Her bedside manner is appalling. She left the room mid-way while I was asking a question. She completely ignored my husband when he greeted her. At my delivery, she didn't even acknowledge my presence!. She literally told me "I wasn't doing it right", yet my baby was stuck. It took Dr. Dehal switching shifts to figure that out.I will always cringe thinking about my delivery bc I had someone so smug, ill-mannered and completely was aloof to having any bedside manner at all.

Dr. Zaita delivered my second child. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. The nursing staff are also polite. The area that requires improvement is scheduling and wait times. You must schedule several months in advance and office wait times are typically long (over 30 minutes). The experience level of Dr. Zaita, Hodges and Dehal make the wait worth it.

I had problems with bleeding...I've seen " best" OBGYN doctors in this area and all of them told me to get a surgery. My uncle, who is also an OBGYN in California, told me not to. I needed to get another opinion about the surgery. I was referred to Dr. Zaita by my primary physician. She is super sharp and knowledgeable...Things that other OBGYN doctors weren't sure about, she knew right away. She was right then. I'm so glad that I found her. She super caring and friendly too. I strongly recomm
