Glaucoma King
Dr Reynolds in Eagle and my former ophthalmologists in Atlanta, GA are research colleagues. After 40 years with Dr Reay Brown and Dr Ira Perszyk, I was happy to find Dr Reynolds with their referral. He is determined to manage my pigmentary glaucoma and keep my field of vision from deteriorating.

Failed drivers visual exam.
Hello I am a senior citizen and concerned about an upcoming motor vehicles visual exam. I went to see Dr. Reynolds to make sure my vision was accurate. He said definitely YES. 5 days later I failed my drivers eye exam. I went back to dr Reynolds’s office and related my serious problem. Their response was , well a doctors exam overrides a state vision exam and I should have a form filled out so I could resume driving. I went through tons of paperwork to have this done but the red tape was far too much for this 78 year old woman. Dr. Reynolds would not redo or give me a new exam. They were so self righteous. I am now looking for another medical vision care giver. Intermountain eye care is the worst!!

Highly recommend Dr. Reynolds. Was referred by another physician at Intermountain Eye as suspect glaucoma. Had delayed cataract surgery pending my move to Idaho so Dr.Reynolds removed my cataracts and inserted stents in both eyes for confirmed glaucoma diagnosis. Surgery was uneventful and my vision has improved dramatically. Feel very confident in the care I have received.

ZERO STARS!
My mother saw Dr. Reynolds about Glaucoma. He doesn't listen to patients, is very entitled in his manner, and is quite dismissive of patients' symptoms and concerns. He prescribed eye drops that have ingredients she is allergic to that cause vertigo, blistering of tissue in and around the eye, intense burning, and redness even though an alternative is available once prior authorization is approved. He obviously doesn't look or care about previous medical history and allergies. The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE when trying to make an appointment. Dr said that surgery MUST be done in a couple of weeks to prevent serious damage but the scheduling dept WILL NOT follow his order! They said they would call in a MONTH to schedule the appt. We waited OVER an hour past my mother's appt before being called to the back. I have experienced this same thing at other St. Alphonsus locations. DO NOT GO TO ANYONE WHO HAS TIES WITH ST. ALPHONUS MEDICAL!

ALWAYS runs late
My mom has been seeing Dr Reynolds for 4 years. Never once has he seen her at her appointment time. Always rushes in and out and she doesn't get a chance to even ask questions. We are finally done. Looking for new dr.

Excellent Doctor! Thorough and very knowledgeable
My family has a history of Glaucoma, and I am a scientist. I tend to ask a lot of questions and I am amazed that Dr. Reynolds is so patient and willing to delve into the details when I ask questions. My career has led my wife and I to live in 7 different states and we have had as many different eye doctors and Dr Reynolds is right at the top of those doctors.

In my opinion, Dr Reynolds is an excellent doctor for people with unique vision issues. I am extremely farsighted with astigmatisms and have endured very thick glasses most of my life. Dr Reynolds performed several procedures on my complicated eyes to remove cataracts, implant lenses, and reduce my heightened risk of glaucoma. He was alert to my concerns and clear about how he would proceed. Though I still wear glasses, I no longer have to wear the heavy, thick glasses and my eyes are healthy. I trust him completely with my eye care and I would highly recommend him.

I found Dr. Reynolds’s after moving up from Colorado. For the past six years, he has completed exams and refractions for my wife and I. His practice is extremely efficient. He has a very qualified staff operating the test and refractive equipment. They provide him with the results. He then does his exam and shares the final diagnosis. He recently completed two cataract surgeries on me. I am very pleased with the results. For the first time since age seven, I can see objects at a distance without the aid of glasses. At Intermountain, The patient education was pretty much on paper as well as on medical releases. So, I went to you tube and viewed presentations by Dr. Allison Young and Dr. Shannon Wong as well as by Kaiser and the UK health system. I was extremely educated before my surgeries. Cataract surgery is a cakewalk. Dr. Reynolds is also a recognized expert in the field of glaucoma. I highly recommend him. Five bright gold stars!

Dr. Reynolds has halted the progression of my glaucoma in its tracks. He can come across as brusque, but he definitely cares about his patients and willingly answers questions and concerns. He is a brilliant surgeon. I am so pleased and relieved to have Dr. Reynolds as my opthalmologist

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Reynolds for 6 years. We both have fairly complicated eye issues and he has stayed on top of everything. He never hesitates to refer to other specialists. He's kind, professional and to the point. We value his efforts on our behalf and are glad we met him!

My aunt (80 years old) saw Dr. Adam Reynolds 05/2020. He broke a stint off in her eye which he then had to remove causing further issues. If that wasn't bad enough, he got within inches of her face and yelled at her when she asked questions of concern about going forward based on the damage from the result of his wrong doing. Totally unacceptable to be treated in this manner. Perhaps this Dr/man should reevaluate what is going on in his own life to re-think that he has the right to treat his patients in this manner. Unbelievably sad and totally unacceptable. Everyone has the right to not being treated rudely and in my opionion in an unprofessional manner left felling stripped of their dignity, most especially by a care provider. A trust must be felt and although we have the right to change who our care provider's are no person should ever be treated in this manner whatsoever.

Some people may not like the fact that Dr. Reynolds is very fast - get you in, get you out, move on, but I personally really appreciate this. I have had some serious eye problems in the past and so it is important for me to have care that I can count on and trust. I am very confident in this reliability with Dr. Reynolds.
