Attentive Doctor
The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The medical assistant Claudia was very effective and personable. Dr. Klibanoff was very invested in learning about my concerns, absorbed them and ordered follow up testing, to be thorough.

A good listener and careful follow-up
A relaxed but professional office. Never a long wait -- 5-10 minutes tops. Dr K listens to my concerns, refers to notes from prior visits, and always follows up to ensure issue is resolved.
