Constantly reschedules appointments
I lost 4 months waiting for an appointment that I never had with Dr Conant. I decided to 'cut my losses' and see another doctor when I received a call from her office to reschedule my appointment for the 4th time. That 4th reschedule was on the day of the appointment. I gave her 1 star because I had to in order to complete this review.

Not a good doctor for disabled people.
Do not waste your time with Dr. Conant if you have a rare disease or disability. Her motto is that “common things are common” and she refuses to look beyond that even when the common things were ruled out multiple times by multiple doctors. She made me feel like a horrible person simply for trying to advocate for treatment that might work rather than treatment I have already received that I know doesn’t work. Unless you like doctors who do nothing but invalidate and patronize you, Dr. Conant is not the right choice.

Exceptional Doctor
Excellent doctor, I dealt with more than one dismissive gastroenterologist on Cape Cod, that believed PPI’s were the answer for everything, so I headed to Boston and a woman doctor who actually listened to me, and after examination agreed with my original diagnosis of EOE and works with me to deal with it.

Was scheduled for a colonoscopy with another physician and at the last minute was told that I would require an anesthesiologist and would have to reschedule with another doctor if I wanted to keep the same date for the procedure. I rescheduled with Dr Conant. She was fabulous. She answered all of my question thoroughly and clearly. She was friendly, engaging and made me feel very comfortable. After the procedure she visited me in the recovery room and explained the results of the colonoscopy. A very good experience.
