I'd give Doc a 3 star review and his office a big 0Having tremendous back pain which was discussed with Doc on first and last visit (12-3-24) Need an MRI - Called office 3 times and waited requisite 2 days for a response. Logged into the portal and then they finally called.I need an MRI. Office said you'll have to come in and started making an appointment. I said I just need a script and reiterated the pain level which makes the in person visit very difficult. Ignored and continuing to make the appointment. When pushing back on that unnecessary exposure to more pain, I was told that's how it has to be. I was admittedly frustrated, irritated and grumpy - I said I won't be coming in for this and hung up. Subsequently, they cancelled my March appointment (no call, no discussion) effectively terminating the patient & care giver relationship which is abandoning me in a time of need.I'm glad I found out now. I had a totally different experience today with another doc.

I have had Dr Raxenberg as my GP for a few years he’s fine when you only need an annual exam. But if you are ever sick and need to see him then he’s not available. Today I called because I actually passed out last week while out of town. I’m still very dizzy. At first I was told he’s not available for a few weeks. When I complained it he person on the phone said they’d speak to him and call me back. They did and said I could see his PA today. I told them I can’t drive today. They said I have wait 10 days to see the PA When a physician has a patient that is really ill they should find a way to give you ten or fifteen minutes. Obviously Raxenberg doesn’t really care about his patients.

He's the best as is his PA. The phone system and phone support needs major work. Very hard to get through. Frustrating.

Entire office was working in sync .. front front desk to medical assistant (Juanita - terrific) to check out. A pleasure to be cared for by Dr Raxenberg and team.

I love Dr. Raxenberg, he is a very sweet and understanding doctor. I have been his patience for over 10 years and he listens to me as a person and patience.

Dr. Raxenberg is very caring and knowledgeable. Takes his time to make sure that I understand his answers to my questions. He is very thorough, covers all issues.

He checked my past tests and is getting me caught up. Pleasant personality. Impressive ability to listen.

Dr Raxenberg, as usual, was exceptional, as was entire staff. Explained his diagnosis and made an appointment for an ultrasound. I highly recommend him.

We moved to Fl last year and I needed a primary care physician. I was lucky to have Dr Raxenberg recommended to me by another doctor.I have multiple age related medical issues and i’m getting the best care possible by such a caring and patient physician.The entire medical staff (Michelle-Jaunita)and administrators are very PROFESSIONAL and they will even return your call in a timely manner.

Staff is excellent at this practice. Records of each visit are available and you can get your bloodwork done at the same office with an appointment scheduled for follow-up with your doctor. Vaccines are available and can be given during your visit. Records are received and sent to other doctors so coordination is very good.
