Dr. Benjamin Rodriguez, MD

Best GI Dr. ever!! Dr. Rodriguez has seen all my family members: mom, dad, sisters, daughter and myself! And with each one he has been able to see the root cause and the right treatment of their symptoms problems in an extraordinary way! My 18 years-old daughter had been diagnosed with a stomach tumor after an endoscopy and tests. After waiting for months for the appointment with Dr. Rodriguez (yes, it is true that to get an appointment with him takes a long time), Dr. Rodriguez after evaluating her, immediately knew what to do and together with Dr. Kucera, found that she did not have any tumor, but that it was the gallbladder pushing on her stomach from behind! Wow, I really don't have enough words to thank God and these doctors for their dedication, knowledge and support!

Dr. Rodriguez is a wonderful, very caring doctor. He is very honest and truly cares about you as a person and wants to help you with your medical problems.

Dr. Rodriguez is very professional, yet super relatable. He explains things in an easy to understand manner and doesn't express judgements on lifestyle / medical history issues that could cause GI problems. I've also found his office to be very helpful in scheduling appointments, procedures and labs. He's also coordinated with my other doctors regarding meds to ensure the best care for me and my gut. I've had GI issues for most of my adult life and would consider him one of the top doctors I've worked with. He sees me as a person, not just a patient and I feel lucky to have him look over my care.

My dear friend is turning 98 soon and needed a colonoscopy. He was able to accomplish this with the least amount of upset and confusion. My friend came through with flying colors and we all gave a big sign of relief. The office staff were quick to return calls and we could not ask for a better physician...

I finally connected with Doctor Rodriguez and he took the time to explain in detail the findings and a gameplan to address needed lifestyle changes. He was patient, thorough and offered additional folllow up as I may need down the road. After speaking with him I am much more understanding of my situation and positive on his care. Thank you Dr. Rodriguez!

Never got a chance to have my appointment. On my way to my appointment I hit some sudden traffic due to an accident, when I realized I'd be late, I dialed the office and was number 2 in the queue. When I got into the parking lot I hung up and ran to my appointment, I was 12 minutes late, I was told by the receptionist, that Dr. Rodriguez asked for me to reschedule, I told the receptionist that I had tried to call because of unusual traffic, she asked me if I wanted to reschedule, I said no and left. I was so upset, I had that appointment for 3 months and the traffic was out of my control. So this morning, I get and email from the practice claiming that I was a "No Show" I called the office spoke to the same receptionist who told me that I was a "No Show" I told her that she told me that the doctor told me to reschedule and that because I refused to reschedule that I was a "No Show". I really hope that they don't try to bill me. I will not hesitate to report them. Its bad enough Doctors dont care anymore. And to refuse my appointment because he has a 10 minute rule. I was 12 minutes late and I tried to call and was on hold. I will look for another doctor, If he is that petty then I don't need him.

My Cologuard test came back positive. I made an appointment for a colonoscopy but I was forced to cancel due to Covid. Rescheduling was a nightmare. The scheduling staff gave me a new date 60 days off. I called my referring doctor, and Dr. Roddriquez called me and assured me that he could get me in earlier. (He didn't say maybe, he didn't say he'd TRY.) The scheduler didn't call me... when I called them, I was told nothing was available until June. They made excuses for the doctor. I expect better follow thru and communication skills than this.

orders a lot of tests but then you can't see him afterwards. Appointments are 6 month out. Worthless to have the tests if nothing comes from it.
