Most Thorough
She reviewed my Bone Density Scan with me. She did a simple but thorough exam of my posture and vertebrae. Ordered blood work which showed I was taking too much Vitamin D. Emailed through Patient Gateway re this. As a result I stopped taking Vitamin D 2000mg since my 2 vitamins supplied me with enough. I recently had a a first biphosphenate infusion per her orders with no ill effects.

Dr. Norman was thorough, thoughtful and compassionate. Addressed all of my concerns. I have had type 1 diabetes for 34 years, so I've had many doctors, and I am very pleased with Dr. Norman's care. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment that I arrived to well ahead of the scheduled time. Come to find out that the office had recently moved by a note hanging on the wall. I then proceeded to the new office across town and was turned away by the doctor herself for being a few minutes late. Her administrative assistant was embarrassed and apologetic to me.

Dr. Norman was dismissive and condescending during my offive visit with her. She showed no empathy for my disease and was quick to dismiss my current struggles. I would not recommend any of my loved ones seek care from Dr. Norman.
