'If you are lucky enough to have Dr Charles Hatchette as a neurosurgeon, then consider yourself blessed. Anyway, that's how I feel. I had received back surgery at another hospital 8 months ago and Doctor Hatchette informed me that I had a fractured back in 2 places. He was able to fast track me and perform a spinal fusion on L3, L4 and L5. It wasn't easy as other damage had been done. Everything went great and I'm in my 5th week of recovery. We are so lucky to have a Neurosurgeon of this caliber in the State of Oregon. I'm sure he is in great demand.'

Dr. Hatchette was able to fix the pain I had in my hips and legs for the last 8 long painful years. No other doctor was able to view my X-rays and see what Dr. Hatchette was able to see. I can't thank Dr. Hatchette and his amazing team enough.

My husband Ray and I deeply appreciate the outstanding emergency brain surgery and post- surgery care provided by Dr. Hatchette and team. June 4th marks two years since Ray’s traumatic brain injury and resulting surgery. We know God used Dr. Hatchette’s adept hands and years of study to give us these two years together and to heal Ray’s brain. Though words still often elude pronunciation and quick retrieval, today Ray chops trees, lifts weights, walks our dog and prepares loving, delicious lunches for me while I teach school. I got referred to Hatchette by my primary. I was impressed from the get go. He even went extra lengths to make sure surgery would be as safe as could be for me with other unrelated concerns. I also 100% agree with all above 5 star reviews made prior to mine. All I can add is recently coming from another state to Hatchette has made a HUGE difference. He actually listened, explained every option through and through, didn’t push me to decide one way or another, and did an absolute top notch job!

Let me start by saying that prior to seeing Dr. Hatchette, I had seen other surgeons who didn't give me the time of day... I was living in a consistent 7-8 pain level, this was even with heavy duty pain meds... However, now 6 months of from surgery, I am living a normal life again... I can play with my son, I can work a full work week and even OT (where I would miss 1-2 days a week due to pain). I now have minimal pain, and if I do have any inflammation I can treat it with Tylenol!

Dr Hatchette is one of the best doctors I've ever had! From his knowledge to his above average mannerisms, I would highly highly recommend him for anything from a neurology perspective!!
