I had a similar surgery years before with a different doctor. The recovery time with Dr. Zierenberg’s surgery was much faster than the previous. Very knowledgable doctor and had a great experience throughout. Highly recommend. My knee feels great.

My shoulder was a mess with tendon tear rotator cuff, labrum test , Dr Ziernberg treated me with compassion and and complete knowledge of what I needed and has checked frequently on my recovery , this guy has went above and beyond his duty as a Dr. I would recommend him to anyone that is I’m need of an Ortho Dr ,

Dr. Zierenberg did an excellent job on my surgery and has excellent bedside manner. My pain is completely gone. Would highly recommend him to anyone for shoulder surgery.

I had hardware placed 10 years ago that began to cause me problems. I reached out to Dr. Zierenberg. Thinking I would only need a cortisone shot, he took only look and said I think you have an infection. With the trauma I had from the placement of the tibial rod to begin with, I did not want to go through it again. After quick testing it indeed was infected and had to come out. He quickly got me in the operating room and explained he had A-F plans to get this thing out. And he DID!!!!! He also only had to stick with plan A! He patiently took time with my bone and carefully removed a rode that was imbedded with 10 years of cartilage! How awesome is that! In follow up, I didn't even have pain! I was so impressed and thankful that Holzer Health System is Blessed with Dr. Zierenberg

I had a work related injury to my shoulder 1 year ago and Dr. Zierenberg fixed my rotator cuff. Now I am back to normal and back to work. I could have not asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Zierenberg to anyone. Thank you Dr. Z

Dr. Zierenberg performed labrum surgery August 5 of 2021 on my L shoulder. He and his team did an outstanding job communicating with me and helping me in any way I needed. I’m so happy/thankful with the results that came from it. My shoulder feels as good as it’s ever felt and I’m truly thankful I went to him. I knew I was in good hands when I was told I needed to have an ACL surgery on my left knee and I was right! Dr. Zierenberg did an amazing job and here I am, 6 months later, almost close to having my knee back to normal. He is very personable, and has great bedside manners.. Holzer has amazing staff to support you with any queries with regards to insurance. Overall, I am a satisfied patient and I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to all my friends!

I just had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand, before my surgery I could barely move my thumb just one day later I can! Definitely a big difference you're a wiz Dr. Z THANK YOU!!!!! If you need this surgery done I highly recommend him.

The first time that I met with Dr. Zierenberg, he was a friendly man. He described the procedure very wholly. He also answered any questions and concerns I had. He took the time to make sure all my needs were met, by explaining the type of procedure and the advantages of the system. I felt reassured going into the surgery knowing that he was very confident about the process. He took the time to check on me three times after surgery before I left to go home. One week after surgery, I messaged him with a concern, and he took the time out of his busy schedule to get back to me. This man is very good at what he does and cares about his patients. I have never had a doctor that would follow through as much as Dr. Zierenberg did. I am pleased and honored to have met and had him take care of me. I will and already have to recommend the man to anyone

Dr. Zierenberg has been the best Doctor I have seen in a very long time. I had a rotator cuff tear at work and he fixed it. Now I am back to work and feel 100%. I was hesitant to get my shoulder fixed since I had heard that it was very painful took over one year to recover. That was not my experience. I never really had any pain. The rehabilitation was very coordinated and great. I would love to see him again without reservation. I recommend him to anyone.

I went to Dr. Zierenberg to have surgery to fix my BADLY broken collarbone. Two year ago he had fixed my fiancés son's torn ACL and he recovered very well with no problems so it was a no brainer to go him for my collarbone. He was very informative, straight to point but also took time to answer all my questions and i never felt rushed. The whole surgery team and Dr. Zierenberg at Holzer was great!!! Before, during and after. I can say without a doubt that i would go back to Dr, Zierenberg in a heartbeat if something happened to me again. Highly recommend!!

On Feb 6, 2021 I fell and broke my knee cap. Dr Zierenberg did surgery to repair my knee. I was very concerned that I would not be able to walk or have to use a cane for the rest of my life. I followed Dr Zierenberg's instructions to a tee. Today I have full range of motion and walking again. I couldn't have asked for better professional care from Dr Zierenberg and his staff, it was excellent.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. Dr. Zierenberg was excellent in my surgery and following treatment. I received excellent care and swift action on the wait time for the office visits.

I cannot recommend Holzer enough. The entire staff is not only welcoming and sweet, but also knowledgeable and accessible should you need help along the way. I was honestly shocked by how easy the process was - not only was the recovery practically painless, but the results are better than I could have ever expected. I required surgery after a fall that broke both my wrists. The accident happened on Saturday, and even though Dr Zierenberg was not on call, he immediately attended to my needs at the hospital. My surgery was performed early the next morning and he made sure I was ready before being released. The appointments that then followed in his office were extremely thorough and always on time. He also made sure I had therapy afterward to further my recovery. I would 100% recommend Dr. Zierenberg to anyone that needed an orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Zierenberg went above and beyond to take care of my daughter. He was always there to answer any questions. If he seen us out he never hesitated to ask how we are doing. I would highly recommend him for any orthopedic problems.

While hiking, I fell and sustained multiple, serious fractures of my lower leg and ankle. When I arrived at the emergency room, my daughter contacted Dr. Zierenberg, who ordered a ct scan of my leg. He immediately scheduled me for surgery the following morning—a Sunday. From the moment he was involved, my care was impeccable. Not only is he an excellent surgeon—he put all the pieces back together, and I’m healing well—but he is professional, knowledgable, kind and patient. He listens, and answers all my questions and concerns. Given the severity of my injury, I could not have asked for a better outcome. I’m walking, and expect to be hiking again in a few months. I would recommend Dr. Zierenberg to anyone needing an orthopedic surgeon; he is an excellent physician. I sincerely appreciate how much he has helped me.
