This man is a Genius
After 20 plus years of being gaslighted by dozens of doctors and getting turned down by Mayo clinic twice, Dr. Sinclair within the first visit was able to determine what was wrong with me and prove it with a genetic test. This man is simply amazing and will stop at no length to help you find what is wrong with you. His office staff is more than helpful as well in getting things done quickly.

Dr Sinclairs staff (Cora) is incompetent in doing her job correctly.can not do a simple pre auth paper 2 appts in a row..my appts continuosly being cancelled.how can i have it approved for 2 years no problem then transfer to Dr Sinclairs office...dealing with Cora now...and its been messed up from day 1..am in The process of a new Dr..Hoping they know how to do paperwork...Cora dont...

Dr. Sinclair is a wonderful neurologist! I went to his new office for the first time and I am so distressed it is a downer. The staff is like robots and they are so dry and unfriendly! Thankfully I saw one of his receptionists from the other office I was so happy!!!!!! my saving grace. I understand that this staff is all the other Neuologists Dr. Spiner? I think? I just adore Dr. Sinclairs caringness and ability to fix me up!!!!! Thank you so much I will be back for the Doctor!!!!!

My name is Elma Gouch. I was looking for a doctor nearby and found Dr. Sinclair. In all my years of going to all my many doctors, I have never found such a perfect office! Someone has great decorating taste. When I walked in, the staff was happy - which speaks volumes of a workplace. They greeted me with smiles, and took my paperwork and picture. When I saw the doctor, he was also pleasant, and patient and let me talk and ask all my questions. I left feeling much better with answers.

I saw Dr Sinclair and I was so happy. I read his reviews which were more good than bad, but some people are never happy and nit pick. I found the staff a DELIGHT! I am 79 years old and have seen alot of doctors in my time and this one is worth a million bucks! I was sent for MRI and lab work and from that he found my problem no one else could. I started a new medication and I am happy to say 2 months and I am Still feeling much better ignore the negativity make an appointment!

From scheduling to dealing with incompetent staff members, it was the absolute worst medical experience I have endured. The receptionist must be related to the doctor, or has some type dirt on him, because she is dumb beyond being employable. Talking to her was similar to trying to explain simple terms to my 10 year old. I should have known it was a loust practice when I saw them also doing botox treatments... Stay far away from this group...

This doctor is worth his weight in gold! He is well worth the trip I make from Riverhead to see him. I had multiple issues and was feeling awful. Dr Sinclair listened. He asked questions and listened. He ran tests. He ran more tests and came up with a diagnosis. When I had to change my appointment at the last minute the girls said "no problem" and worked around my schedule to find a new date. They are just so nice and the office is a fun place! Everyone should be going to this office!

He literally spent 3 minutes with me in his office with me. All kinds of confusion with what medicine he told me he was giving me vs what was waiting at my pharmacy. He gave me a medication that I had very serious side effects - I called the office and left a message and he never called me back! He just sent in another prescription without even speaking to me! Horrible doctor!
