TOC staff and Dr. Griffin were very receptive to my needs. Very professional! Highly recommend.

Signing in at the kiosk was simple. Wait time was reasonable. We saw Kyle and were very pleased.

Dr Griffen is very knowledgeable and a good surgeon. I am getting ready to have my third surgery with him. I have had a long wait at at appointment a couple of times but thst is not the norm.

All the staff members were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in the examination. They took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions.

I was very pleased to call and receive an office appointment the very next day. I was then told I did need my second hip replaced and that the office is 8 weeks out scheduling surgeries. I saw Dr. Griffin about a year and a half ago and knew the hip would eventually need to be replaced so I waited until my quality of life and pain level were at the need to have surgery levels only to find out I'd have to wait another 8 weeks. Dr. Griffin did a good job on my first hip replacement so I wanted to use him this time and thought I'd only have to wait a week or two. I was also told they have a long list of patients on the waiting list for cancellation slots. I am just disappointed at the time frame for the actual surgery.

Great care every time we visit Dr. Griffin. His staff is wonderful.

Check in was easy, wait time minimal. I did not see Dr. Griffin, but his PA Kyle, and he was fabulous.

Getting a second opinion and so glad my other Dr. sent me.

Prompt appointment hardly any wait time. Candace was very professional and answered all my questions.

I was supposed to be scheduled for a MRI and when I arrived, I was given an X-ray. I was told a MRI would have to be scheduled at another facility since Dr. Griffin does not do these. The PA - Kyle was extremely friendly and professional. I received a steroid shot and a prescription.

Dr. Griffin and his staff always take the time to explain things thoroughly and recommend the best treatment.I would recommend Dr. Griffin wholeheartedly.

I was referred to Dr. Griffin of TOC by Dr. John McCormick of Madison Hospital. However, during my visit to TOC on 1 Aug 2024 I never saw a real MD only a physician's assistant.

There was minimal wait time which really made the appointment less stressful.

Both doctors with whom I experienced care were so friendly, but willing to take the time necessary to explain what I had auestions about. My arm break was not the usual since it had been broken almost to the elbow previously, making this break and repair quite fragile. Yes, I definitely recommend Dr. Griffin and his Assistant, Dr. Claborn.

I was a work-in on a busy day, but I still received friendly, efficient treatment for my problem. The doctor took time to work out the best solution, explained it, and then gave me 2 steroid shots. I appreciate a doctor like that VERY much.
