Two times now I've had a pituitary adenoma due to mens1 and both times dr padalino has been a great doctor to me. Although it was difficult to get through the 2nd time around due to his staff, once I met him again he assured me he was going to do the best he could for my tumor. No cfs leaks even with scarred tissue and a very completed tumor. When I woke up upset he held my hand and told me everything's ok just calm down. Hes a good man and great doctor. I'm glad I got him to treat me again. I wouldn't trust anyone else inside my head.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Padalino and his staff. From start to finish they were very professional, but not stuffy. My husband and I always knew what to expect, we were never left wondering about anything. During my procedure, Tom was kept informed of what was going on and never felt he was out of place. I can not thank them enough for their care!

Dr. Padalino is a terrific and compassionate doctor in my book. He performed lower-back surgery that went well and was 100 percent successful. He went out of his way to see that I got into a good PT situation and courteously answered all my questions.

I'm not sure why Dr. Padalino accepted me as a patient. He had never treated CSF leaks, but told my Neurologist's office he had. I went there with all of my reports, which stated that I had a defect in my cribriform plate and CSF leaking from my nose, but he was sure I had a CSF leak??? He wasted my time and treated me like I was making up what I was saying, when he had the results right in front of him. I'm not even sure he viewed the results before he saw me.

Dr. Padalino was always very accessible whenever we needed him and we always felt confident with his decisions. He explained everything in easy to understand lay terms. His compassion and caring was very obvious when he saw a problem arising and immediately prepared for emergency surgery which was very successful. We are very lucky to have him as my husband's surgeon. He is an exceptional doctor.
