I was thinking about and talking about it for years to have a breast reduction. They were large & heavy. The older I got the more they hung, and my back, shoulder and neck pain continued to get worse from my body posture. A friend referred me to Dr Palaia after her surgery and she was ecstatic with her results. I went for my consult, and new he was the surgeon for me, and I was anxious and excited at the same time to get it scheduled. Bedside manner was pleasant, calming, and sincere. I highly recommend him if you are thinking about it. I am so pleased with the outcome. My life has changed because of it. I am less shy and able to wear the dress or blouse that I want to. I am weightless on my upper half and literally "have a weight lifted off my chest". I can walk around with a button shirt and not worry about my buttons popping open! The symmetrical and size are perfect. He wouldn't go lower than a full D because of my body type. Honest!! And Professional! Thanks Dr Palaia!

I have had three corrective cosmetic procedures over the years. Dr. David Palaia of Mt. Kisco, New York, performed the last surgery. He is in a different league than my prior surgeons. Dr. Palaia listened to me and truly cared about me as a person. Post-surgery, Dr. Palaia and his staff were always available to answer my many questions while recuperating. I am thrilled with the outcome and so glad I chose Dr. Palaia for this procedure.

Dr. Palaia is an amazing plastic surgeon. I had spent over 10 years planning and hoping to one day get my "mommy makeover". Ultimately, a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Palaia after just having recent work done. Dr. Palaia is very refined and professional. He understood exactly what my concerns were, and today I have the exact changes I was always hoping for. Dr. Palaia is there for you throughout the entire process. His staff is excellent and just as professional as he is.

Had breast reduction/lift one week ago. Couldn't be happier with how the whole process was handled. Everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable. His work is amazing. Would very highly recommend.

IT IS TRULY DIFFICULT TO FIND THE WORDS TO FULLY EXPRESS HOW AMAZING I FEEL AND HOW HAPPY I AM WITH MY NEW YOUNGER LOOK. DR. PALAIA AND HIS STAFF ARE EXTREMELY KIND AND THEY MAKE YOU FELL VERY RELAXED. DR. PALAIA DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH MY FACE LIFT AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. IT HAS ONLY BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE MY SURGERY AND I HAVE HAD VERY LITTLE BRUISING. i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. PALAIA TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES, SOME ARE ALREADY MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET WITH HIM.

I went to Dr. Palaia 10 years ago for a full facelift. He is very skilled plastic surgeon. He views your face with an artistic eye therefore you look refreshed and natural. That is in art unto itself. I plan to return to Dr. Palaia to address other things.
