Billed me for unapproved procedure
I advised the doctor and nurse that I was referred there for a consultation. They asked if they could do a procedure and I told them only if there was no cost. They agreed, then done the procedure. Later, I got a bill. The billing lady I talked to was rude, essentially calling me a liar, and told me I need to pay the additional charge for the procedure. I tried to contact them numerous times, but they would never get back with me. The lady on the phone said she had got my message weeks ago, but never said why they didn't contact me back. I had to go the hospital billing office and they finally got someone to call me back. Poor experience, and the doctor didn't appear very knowledgeable. Misdiagnosed my issue, sent me on my way, not even an appointment to check back with me.

This has to be the rudest office I have ever called!!! My 10 year old was seen by the emergency clinic telling us we need to see a specialist ENT. Called and the lady who answered could not be any more rude and unprofessional! Dismissed any care my son needed and said I needed to call my insurance company? I think this Doctor needs to reconsider his office receptionist!

Dr. Gottschalk and staff are very compassionate. The doctor takes time to listen and explains to the parents step by step whatever procedure needs to be done. He is very thorough and I highly recommend.

Out of all my sons specialists Dr. Gottschalk is our favorite. He saved me the stress of having a sleep study done, for hearing, on my son. He got tubes in his ears instead. My son now only goes to get his ears cleaned every few months but he can hear! I am very pleased with the staff and Dr. Gottschalk.

His staff is amazing. I love his nurse, Laurie. She is always willing to answer any questions I have and never makes me feel rushed. She is available to me 24/7!! What a gem. What other doctor's office has someone like her? NONE! Dr Gottschalk is so good with my kids. They love coming to see Dr G!
