Dr. Eduardo Cifuentes, MD

He allowed my wife to call her own shots for her mental health. He took her off of her lithium that she had been taking for years and left. We are still trying to get her back healthy. I do not recommend him. He can be dangerous!

I’ve been seeing Dr.C. for over 10 years and though appointments are made, at times, especially in psych, I’ve had to reschedule. He listens and responds amazingly well amongst all his patients, respecting them as an individual. He is caring and always compassionate. He’s been the most supportive doctor I’ve ever had. Strongly recommend him. Thanks.

One of his patients is in an urgent situation that requires this patient's supposed DOCTOR & has been completely ignored. I spent hours on calls (12!) today trying to reach Cifuentes. I even called the main office of Compass Healthcare, who employs him, who said it would be 48 hrs before I got a call back. I was even told at 409pm today that his assistant (NOT THE DOCTOR) would be calling me. Over an hr later, nothing. I firmly believe this doctor is partially or more responsible for the current situation of his patient. He's playing with people's lives & does not care. For the safety of your loved ones, do NOT utilize this doctor or Compass Health.

Best Doctor, compassionate, and knowledgeable about his field of Psychiatric.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. C’s for many years. Once upon a time he was a great doctor, but at some point he simply stopped caring. Compass Carolina is terrible. They’re rude and they hate and don’t care about their patients. They will frequently cancel your appointments for no reason. Avoid at all costs!

I really like him he cares about you not your money I highly recommend him and he has wonderful Assistant to didn't won't to get her name wrong so Dr B

I Really liked Dr. C. but can't get an appointment with him. His staff at Compass Carolina Health Care are not Very nice and never have been in all the years I was with him. Love to fine Dr. C.

I have had numerous visits with Dr. Cfuntes and out of the three for Psychiatry, I am pleased. Dr. C is a good listener and lets one talk. With me Dr. C will allow one the opportunity to form a course of action unless one ask him "what he thinks".

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. CIFUENTES FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS AND HE IS VERY THOROUGH. I AM REALLY PLEASED WITH MY MEDICATION MONITORING AND THERAPUTIC INTERVENTION. I WAS SEEING MY FIRST PSYCHIATRIST FOR EIGHT YEARS BEFORE HE PASSED AWAY AND I AM A GOOD JUDGE OF CHARACTER WHEN IT COMES TO PSYCHIATRIST AND PSYCHOLOGIST. I KNOW IF AN INDIVIDUAL HAS MY BEST INTEREST IN THERAPY/ TREATMENT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Dr Cifuentes is great but our appts have been cancelled many times because of scheduling issues. We have to make many adjustments to plan for these appointments and they act as though they do not care. Today, again, our appt was cancelled within an hr of the appt. It has little value to have a good doctor when just takes too much to see him. Wish I could give no stars for scheduling and appts. It's a shame and a very inappropriate situation but we're on to another doctor.
