The absolute best EVER
I don’t say this very lightly, as someone who has seen over 15 different physicians for this current issue, Dr Rossin by far has exceeded all of my expectations. Her bedside manner, her ability to walk and talk through things, to make me feel heard and understood, and the time she spends with her patients.. the waiting list to be seen by her if you’re a new patient is absolutely worth it. Thank you for setting the standard, and this is how medicine should always be. Please never change and keep up the amazing work

Stick in eye
About 5 years ago while moving brush a branch snapped and poked me in my right eye. Went to the local Emergency room and was directly ordered to Mass Eye and Ear. Vision on way was as if someone placed a piece of bronze colored wax paper over my eye. Next day surgery because I had food in my stomach the day before.Dr. Rossin and associates operated on my eye and I spent the next couple days at the hospital. Staff was excellent as was the food. Here's the kicker...I wear glasses and now, when I take them off my injured right eye sees better than my left eye !I am forever grateful to Dr. Rossinand everyone who treated me so well.

I will be forever grateful to Dr. Rossin for saving my son's vision and for her compassion and dedication. My son has special needs and his surgery and recovery were a major undertaking that required a lot of planning ahead. While he was in the ICU at Mass General she came to check on him every single day. There are no words that can express my appreciation and gratitude for her expertise, her understanding and for her willingness to accommodate the care to the patient's needs.
