I don’t recommend Dr. Rourke- she’s dismissive of my concerns, is condescending when I ask questions or bring up worries/concerns, and just overall does not make me comfortable. She’s nice but I just don’t feel taken seriously and she is difficult to talk to. I’m searching for a new PCP.

Always a wonderful experience with Dr. Rourke. Kind and knowledgable - but mostly, really takes the time (which is rare these days!) to listen to my concerns and consider my needs/wants for a plan of care. Every time I see her, I leave her office feeling satisfied, cared for, and listened to.

She did listen to me, but then completely dismissed my pain. I’ve been very sick for a few months now. I demanded more blood work which she did order. When you are feeling sick, you go to a doctor for help. She was dismissive, rude, and would not accept any feedback. It was one of the worst medical experiences of my life! Front desk staff is not friendly and office manager is just plain rude!

Hasn’t given me a full physical. Not responsive to my calls or inquiries left with administrative staff. Extremely unresponsive renewing my prescriptions; never responds on same day and any prescription renewals will only be for very small dosage. I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Rourke was awesome! She took the time to listen to me and was so patient. She is also very quick to respond to my Patient Gateway messages, which I can appreciate as I am sure her schedule is busy! I will be recommending her to friends and family!

She's very attentive and patiently listens to problems I have. Every time I see her, she spend at least an hour to listen and discuss to make sure the accuracy of diagnosis.
