Dr Kozin has exceeded any and all expectations and, in my opinion, the perfect example of how a MD should practice their craft! He is phenomenal at the technical aspects, as well as, articulating clearly and succinctly the issue at hand (or ear lol). He also is gifted with a great bedside manner as he remembered a triathlon event I registered for and had genuine interest in my participation. So, I don’t mind coming up from Cape Cod and fighting horrible traffic for an appointment with Dr Kozin because I know he is the “best of the best” or quite possibly the best ever!!

greatful for the patience
I felt that he was interested in me! He dealt with my issues in a helpful manner, using his laptop to communicate with me as I have a profound hearing loss. I was also surprised at quickly I was able to see him.

Finally!
After multiple Urgent Care visits and ER visits, I was finally able to receive the appropriate treatment for my ear issues from Dr. Kozin who also welcomed and responded to my many questions with expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Kozin who is affiliated with Mass Eye and Ear.

lack of communication
This doctor was not available for a scheduled appointment (7 months in advance). He and his assistant failed to notify me that he had a 'meeting' and was not going to be available. I had to fly to Boston only to learn at the time of the appointment he was not available. The solution would have been to see me the next day and fit me in between other appointments as I was scheduled to fly back two days later. My time and expense was not important to this doctor. I asked about reviewing test results over the phone, the entire department declined.

Doesn't show up for your appointment but bills you
After waiting half an hour was told Kozin would be even longer. I left. There is no shortage of ENT's in Boston. Find one who treats you with respect.

Dr. Kozin is a good listener, is direct in his approach, is easy to understand, is concerned about patient comfort and is obviously knowledgeable. And, he knew what to do to "fix" my problem. I live in CT and so I am sorry that I cannot be a regular patient at his office. He spent the time necessary to figure out my concerns and address his recommend treatment. Yes, he's terrific
