My first appointment experience was good. She listened to my concerns and carefully reviewed my medical history and current issues, and asked questions to ensure she understood what was going on. I did not feel rushed, and I only waited 30 minutes to be seen. It was obvious from the questions she asked, that she had reviewed the information I brought with me during at least 15 minutes of that time. She shared her plans for diagnosing what is going on, and everything makes sense to me. She answered all questions that I had and I came away feeling like I was in good hands. I look forward to having blood work and xrays done to learn more, and I am comfortable in her hands, at this point.

She was constantly on her phone, and didn't listen to me at all. I had specific stated I didn't want tela - appointments. The last appointment I had with her was tela appt. and she had a bad attitude as she told me she wouldn't treat my disease, just diagnose it.

Wait time for first visit was 55 minutes and second visit 50 minutes. No consideration given to these long wait times for the elderly patients. Doesn't listen to patient.

She is a good listener. She really follows the guidelines, however when the medication based on these guidelines don't work for the patient, she doesn't offer any support nor alternatives. She doesn't dewl with her patient's condition from a wholestic approach at all.
