Dr. Eric Holbrook, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Holbrook for many years. He is knowledgeable, easy to understand and incredibly skillful with the scope. Never hurts! He knows immediately what is going on and has a plan of action. Dr. Holbrook is patient and listens, really listens ,to what you have to say. If my family members needed an otolaryngologist, they said they would go to him based only recommendation.

Very kind, caring and knowledgeable. I am very thankful to have Dr Holbrook as my physician for many years now.

Find another Sinus Center. Dismissive Doctor. Waited 4 months to see this Dr Didn’t address the underlying issue. Gave me me a netti pot and sent me on my way

Saw Dr. Holbrook several times for chronic sinusitis before choosing sinus surgery as recommended. The surgical process was positive and problem free. Dr. Holbrook was excellent at explaining the procedure, performing the surgery, and explaining the results afterwards. His knowledge, experience, and compassion are among the best you will find in the medical field.

Dr. Holbrook is a very professional, kind and down to earth doctor. He has a wonderful way about him, a calming, caring personality. He skillfully performs a painless endoscopy with no numbing agents, and if you're inclined to watch on the monitor he explains the procedure as he goes along and will answer questions. I also underwent a day surgery with him and the results have been excellent. I never feel rushed in his office. He's an excellent doctor and I highly recommend him.

Dr Holbrook didn’t bother to hear my concerns. Didn’t share a plausible explanation and called everything a co-incidence.

Dr. Holbrook is always friendly and personable. He takes my history since my last visit and always does a complete physical exam and discusses his findings.

Did not feel this physician treated the condition or listened to my concerns.

He was very personable and was very thorough in his examination. He offered a trial treatment plan for a month to see if conditions improve. Then I am to call his office and let them know if anything changed for the better.

Dr Holbrook is an excellent doctor and an exceptional surgeon. He took a very conservative approach with me in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. The treatment did not prove to solve my issues so he operated on me recently to resolve them. The treatment I received at MEII (Mass Eye and Ear) was tremendous and all of the nurses there viewed Dr Holbrook in the highest regard. The surgery was successful and Dr Holbrook has me breathing again after years of lost sleep and constant nasal infections.

I went to see Dr. Holbrook because I had no sense of smell or taste. I was really pleased with his wonderful demeanor. He put my mind at ease that I would get some or partial smell back. He reassured me it was from the flu I had in 2017 and not anything more serious.

Dr. Holbrook is the best. He takes the time to listen to you. He helped me with my chronic sinusitis. I highly recommend this excellent physician.

I have chronic sinus problems. I had seen other local doctors and had 1 surgery prior to making an appointment at Mass Eye and Ear to see Dr. Holbrook. I was always getting sinus infections, and difficult time breathing because everything was swollen, couldn't smell anything, etc. Dr. Holbrook changed it all. He did another surgery and the course of treatment since has almost kept me from having any sinus infections. Well worth the long 2 plus hour drive.

Went to see Dr. Holbrook for my Sinus problem. It took a long time to see him, but that wasn't my problem... my main complaint is that he used the nose microscope/camera without the numbing spray! He was the first MD I saw for this problem so I didn't know better to ask for the numbing spray. It wasn't until I saw another MD that told me about the numbing spray that I realized he did that on purpose, probably enjoyed seeing me in pain... never again!

I waited over an hour (after my scheduled appointment) for the doctor to see me. I left after an hour and 15 minutes and re-scheduled. What is the point of an appointment?
