Dr. Gossett is friendly enough, but his staff members are incredibly rude. Every time I have called his office for help I have been told that I will receive a call back. The only time I have received a call from his office is to confirm appointments. I have called regarding medications , rescheduling an appointment , and obtaining a doctor's note. Each time I call I do not receive a call back. I feel as though this office is happy enough to take my money, but my follow up care has been terrible.

Dr. Garland was the ONLY good thing about this place. The staff are EXTREMELY RUDE! They glare at you, make you feel like you're at fault for daring to complain about an hour and a half waiting time, talk to you only when they have to, stomp away and if you ask questions, shout them over their shoulder in their effort to not help you. I felt very uncomfortable with the extremely negative attitude as well as obvious whispering about the patient's impatience.

I can only rate him based on the professionalism of his staff and unfortunately his receptionist is at best blissfully ignorant. At least one admits to given incorrect information and for me, speaks to the quality of care I could look forward to receiving.
