Amazing Rotator Cuff Surgery (if that is a thing)
From the time of my injury I had heard many horror stories about how bad and extremely painful a Rotator Cuff Surgery is. The amount of pain that I was feeling far outweighed any opinion from outside sources. I was thrilled when Dr. Hancy acknowledged I was a candidate for the surgery. Dr. Hancy went over the procedure in detail with me and I understood everything. From the time I was admitted on the day of the surgery, the staff took such wonderful care of me all while explaining the next steps of the procedure. Note: All of the staff that day were great and very attentive to any need or questions I had. Dr. Hancy came in and explained the procedure and we were ready to go! The anesthesiologist was great and explained everything from what I would not remember to the numbing pump (which was amazing and should be utilized for every surgery)I cannot thank Dr. Hancy enough for taking me as a patient!All in all my experience with Dr. Hancy and staff has been an 11 out of 10! #grateful

The staff was way beyond effecient and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Hancy was great. I felt like he had genuine compassion for my pain and took ample time to explain his evaluation. Even the xray techs made it as pleasant as they could. ( If you read this as a doctor or dentist this could be a model for your practice. )

Dr. Hancy's office charged us for services that were not rendered. They charged us for future office visits that they knew we did not need. They refused to correct the error. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Dr. Hancy is a great compassionate doctor with a wonderful bedside manner, very thorough, and competent, treats his patients with respect and is very personable. I would recomend him to anyone who is in need of an orthopedic doctor, he verywel could have saved not only my leg but my life.
