He's in a hurry, don't have questions especially after surgery or new pains he will be annoyed.

He's friendly, bedside manner is nonexistent. Don't ask for alternate pain management, if you have pains after surgery in new places and pains from a recent previous surgery just keep that to yourself it's nothing. Didn't feel like he reviewed medical history before surgery. Anesthesia in UAB aren't trained on nerve blocks for anal surgery, they rather give out opiates. If you stay the night and have issues just suck it up, he will get bent out of shape if you mention it. And no letting a patient request an overnight stay because they have problems documented in medical history isn't listening to the patients concerns. It should have been suggested due to medical history. Wish he would discuss problems and treatments in more detail.

The only word for this clinic is fantastic! Dr. Beckham and his team are efficient, caring, & makes patient at ease with their concerns. From an emergency new patient appointment to in house surgery I was totally pleased. Appointments are seen on time & surgery was on time which doesn't seem to happen often in other locations. Having their own surgical suites, I didn't have the hospital copay either. Surgical staff was on top of their game. There isn't a need to go anywhere else.
