Dr. Jacob Zeiders III, MD

This is an old review but this doctor is very hard to forget. I had a severe problem with my tonsils growing up, my parents didnt think anything of it. I seen several doctors & they all let me go saying it was just a cold. After seeing Dr. Zeiders, he found the real reason & helped me through my entire process to stay calm & reminded me everything was alright. Here I am today healthy & never had an issue since. I hope he’s reading these because sir you made a huge impact on my life & i want to say genuinely THANK YOU.

Clean space, staff were amazing with the kids and very kind. Dr. Ask questions, check my child and quickly help us with the next step for a better evaluation.

I believe the staff doesn't care about the health of the babies that come to the office of Dr. Zeiders. I made an appointment for my 25 months daughter for a continued ear infection by referrals, I called the insurance and they referred me to Dr. Zeiders office. I called the office provided all the required informations and they scheduled to see my daughter in two months, i acepted the two months wait. So now, the office called me after two months waiting, one day prior to the appointment date, to tell me that the Dr. doesn't take the insurance. Seriously after two months waiting for a 2 years old baby suffering with ear infection. I would like know if they really care about the child wellbeing. I believe this could have been prevented, but anything that would happen to my baby ear may not be irreversible. Please be more mindful,

Brought my child in to see Dr Zeiders. Virtually no wait, the doctor was not rushed, he asked us all questions, had great bedside manner and explained us everything as he went through. My child felt comfortable, was not scared and even left there with a gift! And staff was very accommodating too.

Called to make an appointment & was told the earliest they could schedule my son was a month out, so my 3yr old with constant ear infections has to wait over 30 days. My appointment was today at 2pm, I had to take the day off & my son stayed home from school. At 11:30am, 2hrs before my appointment the office calls to cancel with no explanation & had the audacity to say they had to call me back to reschedule, couldn't tell me how much longer to finally have a consult. UNACCEPTABLE. DISRESPECTFUL
