Dr. James Bucci, MD

Worse dr I have ever seen, doesn’t care about his patients, never talks about the real reason why you are being seen that day, never calls back any patient front desk worker Samantha is a horrible person and I have complained about her to both his medical assistant Cassandra and dr Bucci him self and nothing has been done. Only real and true person who cares in that office is Laurie and Cassandra, the two new staff they hired suck, Cassandra needs to come back. Glad Tonya is gone she was very rude and could never get my blood. The office is also EXTREMELY dirty looks like no one ever cleans it. And they have dogs. Who in the world would have to dogs locked up all day. It’s not right at All.

Dr. Always sees me on time! At his office I feel like a patient and not just a number. He actually cares about his patients . I would highly recommend DR. B to anyone looking for a real doctor!

Dr Bucci is good and spends more than enough time with you. The biggist problem I have is he will NEVER call you back. If you need medical records, forms or advice I have waited 5 weeks without a call back and me calling every few days and even asking for an appointment. The office workers said they don't do records. That's a first. Why have 2 office workers just to answer phones. Apr I l is not very polite or sympathetic and Marie is nice,but hands it off to April.

Very professional and not a scary doctor like some,there to serious looking.a nurse checks your vidals they the doctor comes in.very smooth and spends a good 45 min.to a hr.
