Felt rushed
I had an 8:40 AM appointment, and I arrived on time. But I felt very rushed through my exam. I really like Dr. Graves, and last year he was wonderful. I felt he went the extra mile. Not sure why he seemed to be in such a hurry this time.

Extraordinary Care
I had an infected cyst and required treatment over a 5-week period. The care from Dr. Graves and every member of the team was extraordinary.... they were all technically knowledgeable and applied their knowledge in a caring and compassionate way. I was never rushed and I was able to call with questions in between appointments.

On time, informative and very thorough.
Always upbeat, asks questions to see if there is anything additional he may need to look at. I see him for my annual skin cancer exam. He explains things well and is very punctual with his appointments so you don't sit there a long time waiting for him to arrive for your appointment.
