Went for a cyst on my face which he did a biopsy on. After 1 week I had stitches removed I still did not have biopsy results. The next day a call from office staff telling my results from the biopsy. The office said I needed a medication to take care of my area of concern. The pharmacy received the RX but was not available to fill the Rx b/c of the size of cream prescribed. After 3 days of office staff and pharmacy telling me this matter will be taken care of, still no RX. I was in the healthcare field for may years. Our patients would have never had this problem. I guess times are changing and not for the good.
