Best patient Doctor.
I've been seeing Dr Tan for over 10 years. He is definitely one of the most caring doctors I've seen in years. While other doctors are joining to the hip of big-insurance policies, Dr Tan remains true to his desire to treat, heal and fix medical issues. He cares about his patients. His sincerity and dedication shows with every appointment. The office staff is also very professional and caring.

Don't ever go to this place for any procedure. You will regret it. I cannot stress it enough. No clue what he is doing and if it comes out wrong, they blame it on you.

This is the most arrogant, rude doctor I have ever seen. Absolutely 0 bedside manner, he talked over both myself and my wife while we tried to express concern over her health and her care with this practice(this was a follow up after her being hospitalized for 4 days). Rather than acknowledge any concern we had, he exacerbated the problems. Save your time and money

Excellent Experience
I have been a patient of Dr. Tan for more than 9 years. He has done multiple endoscopies and colonoscopies on me and each has been a positive experience. He has always been thorough in explaining the procedures and the results, and has prescribed necessary medications. I trust Dr. Tan and will continue working with him as my GI doctor.

Dr. Tan needs to improve his bedside manners. Has no warmth and makes patient feels like he is being inconvenienced by having them ask questions about what changes they can make to improve their GI health.

I am thankful for Dr Tan's skill and professionalism. I will not see any other Doctor for my colonoscopies. He called me personally when my results came in and referred me to a top notch oncologist and surgeon.

Dr. Tan is a wonderful doctor. My case has proven to be challenging over the years, yet he keeps pushing forward to address my health issues and work with me and my team of doctors to find a solution that involves not only medication but diet and lifestyle changes. He took the time to get to know me. That helps him come to proper diagnoses. His office is excellent at navigating the insurance process. Vicki his nurse assistant is amazing and awesome. She is perseverant in making sure my questions are answered and the pharmacy has the information they need in an efficient manner. Thank you for being part of my healthcare team!

This doctor is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. The appointment was for my 10 yrs old daughter who had covid and was choking with food. He thought my daughter could drink 2,3 or 7 ensure a day and she will be fine with that if she can’t eat. He is very arrogant and don’t care about his patients. Stay away from this guy.

I would have to say Dr. Tan is not interested in being kind to elderly patients. I took my 94 year old Mother for a consult with Dr. Tan upon recommendation of her geriatric specialist. When we arrived, we learned from the nurse that Dr. Tan was refusing to see us at all because my Mom did not have any gastro medical test results (her tests were 10 years ago and lost). I felt it was rude and unnecessary for him to at least no speak with my Mother. She is frail and weak so this was awful.

We had to wait 2 hrs to see Dr. Tan. He appeared very rushed, misdiagnosed the condition and failed to discuss options. It resulted in a lot of unnecessary pain and loss of time.
