This Neuro-Op is Tops!
Dr. Fleishman is the Sensei of Sight! 1 Min after seeing me for the first time, he ordered the MRI that revealed my brain tumor and started me on my journey from patient to survivor, placing me in the hands of the best Neurosurgeon in the region. He’s continued to care for me & my vision 8yrs later.

I’ve been assessed by Dr. Fleishman for four years. I find him professional, clear when answering my questions and have recommended him to friends and family. I like his office staff too.

I like Dr. Fleishman, his staff is another matter. I'm a 61 year old man treated like a 4 year old by his staff. I've always been on time, paid my bill in full and showed the utmost courteousness to his staff. My wife recently went into the hospital for which I needed to reschedule my appointment. Staff acted like gates of Hell itself just opened up. They made accusations that I have had a history of no show and didn't care about my own personal health care. This couldn't be farther from the truth. My wife recently lost her leg due to vascular disease, was on dialysis, and recently received a kidney transplant, I was needed by her side. Of course I put my appointment on hold while my wife was fighting for her life. I thought we had this all straightened out with Doctor Fleishman's staff, but evidently not. For these reasons I wouldn't recommend my dog to go there. In my opinion, a Doctor not only has responsibility to their patience, but control of his staff.

Three of our family members have seen Dr. Fleishman & staff for complicated vision problems. Two of those times were serious & he promptly sent us to Cincinnati Eye Institute & University of Cincinnati for much needed advance care. In both situations, vision was saved & repairs were completed. Our Grandma had multiple surgeries for detached retina. Our daughter’s vision was restored after having blood clot to optic nerve. Dr. Fleishman led us to the right specialist. For our daughter, we saw three different specialists within two days. At our last stop at UC, our eye specialist called a colleague in Germany for advice for treatment to save her vision! Now, that is being cared for! Getting the specific help needed was key in both situations. We will always be thankful for Dr. Fleishman’s knowledge & care.

Worst doctor I have even seen. I unfortunately saw him for 7 1/2 yrs before switching to another dr at OSU. OSU dr informed me that I was undertreated for those 7 1/2 yrs, and I am now symptom free since leaving Dr F. He was rude, uncaring, lazy, dirty, and overall a awful person who only cared about himself and wants everyone to be vegan. His staff is super nice, but he is horrible. If you're overweight, do not go here!! He weighs you at every appt only if you're fat.

He and all of the staff I interacted with were polite, kind, and efficient. I was a new patient, needing to see an eye doctor for a condition that Google told me was potentially urgent. Dr. Fleishman was booked solid. When I explained my situation, they squeezed me in the same day anyway, cautioning me that I would probably have a long wait. I did wait for about an hour (although I was filling out new patient forms for much of that time anyway). Worth the wait. Highly recommend.
