Dr. Jonathan Nissanoff, MD

My experience with Dr. Nissanoff was fantastic! He walked me through the entire procedure before and was there after to inform me about everything that he preformed. Before Dr. Nissanoff I had a constant burning sensation in my knee but after my recent surgery the burning sensation has decreased ! I would recommend him for any orthopedic surgery’s!

Dr Nissanoff saved my life. Four days after a very successful ACL reconstructive surgery I was experiencing symptoms. Increased swelling in my leg and shortness of breath. I suspected something was wrong and I emailed Dr Nissanoff my symptoms. He responded to my email within minutes at a late hour and was able to diagnose a blood clot. He directed me to go the emergency room right away and take two aspirin. I followed his directions and once I got to the emergency room they found a blood clot that had moved from my leg into my chest. I was treated in the emergency room and it was identified early enough before it became life threatening. Thanks to Dr Nissanoff prompt reply to my email and swift diagnosis I am alive and well today. I trust Dr Nissanoff with my knees and my life. I am currently 2 weeks post surgery and already walking in my brace. The procedure was outstanding work by Dr Nissanoff and I would not trust any other surgeon to work with going forward. I have been to a few orthopedic surgeons over the past few years with mixed results but was refered to dr. Nissanoff by my primary care dr and had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Nissanoff and his staff. I have had little or no wait and he took his time explaining all of my options and never felt rushed. I found him to be friendly, caring and knowlegable and he was very patient answering all my questions but most importantly I was very happy with my outcome :)

Broke my wrist 6 weeks ago. Referred to Dr. Nissanoff through St Johns Hospital emergency. He/his office immediately got me an appointment. He explained the options clearly. Within 2 days of the break. I had surgery. His surgical team was awesome. He has taken my calls. My wrist is healing nicely!!! Highly recommend!!!

I have broken, sprained, and fractured many bones in my body over the past few years. Dr. Nissanoff did not only fix it in the best manner possible, but he was also very kind. I would definitely recommend him to all that I know because he was truly amazing.
